When should I talk to an advisor?

Undergraduate degree programs require a wide range of courses in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. Anthropology majors will also take introductory courses in each of the subdisciplines: archaeology, biological anthropology, and sociocultural anthropology. Students will also take specialized upper level courses. When it's time to choose those more specialized courses, we recommend working with an academic advisor or department faculty to find the right fit.
